A to Z Tuition - Literacy Unlocked

I think Pamela has really lived up to the title 'Literacy Unlocked". My Daughter who is 9 and has a diagnosis has struggled for years with aspects of literacy and her confidence levels were at an all time low when we came to Pamela for an initial assessment at the end of the Summer Holidays. Firstly her assement of my Daughter was the most thorough yet and really highlighted her specific need. Immediately we felt like finally we had found a real solution to my Daughters problems in School. Here we are just a short time along and, she happily gets ready for her Thursday's with Pamela, she comes out confident and smiling and is showing a surprisingly rapid improvement in reading, spelling and writing. My son started with Pamela in January this year. On our first visit she seemed to understand his needs and engaged his concentration instantly. Now I realise it has only been a short period. Pamela has been teaching my 12 year old son for just under a year. We live in London and so have been using Skype for the lessons, with Pamela sending worksheets and resources ahead by email. Her initial assessment of Tom's reading, writing and spelling was far more detailed than anything we have received over the years from any of his three prep schools. The lessons over Skype have been very successful - the technology has worked well and we have found it very convenient being able to have lessons from home (and sometimes in pyjamas!). Tom has enjoyed the lessons and worked hard and we've seen a huge improvement in his written work over the period. I highly recommend Pamela as a tutor, whether on Skype or in person. More...

I would highly recommend Pamela.
My son has always struggled at school but since meeting Pamela, his confidence has come on amazingly well.
The lessons are fun but educational, I think my son didn't even realise he was learning so much!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pam she has had both my Grandsons and they have both done well . We found her very patient , kind, understanding , and a lot of knowledge with children's education .
