Amy is so lovely and such a professional, she is fabulous at what she does, shes so good with the dogs and genuinely cares for them. Let down by my previous dog groomer and had to find somebody quickly, googled dog grooming WINSFORD and found Amy, she was able to fit me in and she did the best groom ever on my Cavachon Eric, he dislikes being handled and usually plays up when we get home but he’s so relaxed it’s unreal. We have attended our fair share of groomers and I cannot recommend Amy highly enough. As soon as we walked through the door Amy put me right at ease, demonstrating how much she clearly loves dogs. Missy warmed to her straight away, I felt confident leaving Missy in Amy’s care - even though we’d just met. Missy looked absolutely gorgeous after her pamper with Amy. Always professional, but so friendly and welcoming. My pooch adores visiting A&E Grooming, she gets so excited when she realises where we are. She always looks and smells fab when she comes home....she even had a facial and foot massage at the last visit (must have a word with my hairdresser!!!).
A fab service, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amy was amazing with hachi and for the first time in a log time hachi came out from a groomers with his tail wagging. He's very nervous with having his nails cut but Amy took her time with him. I highly recommend amy

I have to say Lexie isn't impressed with the dryer or being brushed, she prefers to eat the brush, but Amy is really patient and I wouldn't take Lexie anywhere else now - lovely set up and you feel really looked after well

I would recommend to family and friends, our little Cara came to the A&E grooming parlor for a puppy package which included a wash, trim and a cut of her claws. I was quite worried firstly about how my dog would react around the hairdryer as she doesn't like it at home although Amy gave me encouragement that all Cara needed was to get use to the hairdryer to show her it wasn't going to hurt her. Amy took extra time and care to ensure my little puppy was relaxed and helped her to overcome her fear. She even posted me a video whilst I was away showing me she was fine with the hairdryer, I will be returning to this grooming salon as the service was unbeatable and my dog smells great!! More...

Our 6 month old Puppy came here for his first proper cut, I was worried as he doesn't not like noise, I explained this to Amy, Amy took this into consideration and used ear protectors for him. I took my dog Melon to this friendly, relaxed grooming salon, when I picked him up he looked like a completely new dog and smelt wonderful. Amy cut his claws and cut his coat just like I asked ( im quite fussy!) I would recommend her services to everyone, my little boy loves going for his haircut and he has a blueberry facial scrub which makes me want one as it smells so good!! More...
