Steve is awesome! Very accommodating, friendly and professional. Pricing is well more than competitive. He came to our work location Downtown Dallas to take head shots for over a dozen commercial banking managers at Wells Fargo. He was more than willing to work around our super busy schedules and came out on 3 different occasions to accommodate everyone as well as do re-shoots as requested. He arrived early to set up and brought all the equipment and materials needed even a hand mirror for us to use prior to the individual shoots. In addition, he stayed as long as we needed to make sure everyone who scheduled an appointment in advance as well as those who did not were all taken care of. He thoroughly communicated the process in advance of our appointment and there were zero surprises during his services. He was efficient with our large group and made the whole experience fun! We recently hired Steve Phelps with 8612images as a photographer and videographer for our conference in Dallas. I'm delighted to say that Steve met and exceeded all expectations for the event.
He is an excellent photographer and works quickly and efficiently with large groups. He showed up early and stayed late over the three days we had hired him; furthermore, he made sure we had all of the materials we needed covered before he left. Communication was excellent, and his attitude friendly and professional. If we were to come to hold another meeting in Dallas, I would not hesitate to reach out to Steve at 8612images again.
