Matt took on the project management of our 2 storey extension when the builder we had planned the project with had to pull out. Matt went out of his way to manage our costs to a tight budget whilst choosing subcontractors whose work was of an excellent quality, who turned up as planned without fail and worked through rain and snow showers, were friendly, polite, and always left the site safe and tidy. Matt went out of his way to keep disruption to our day to day lives to a minimum, always kept us fully informed of progress and costs v budget and was always easy to contact if we had any questions. We are extremely happy with our lovely new extension and are now using 71Design again to refit our kitchen! We would recommend 71Design to anyone. More...
