4front Physiotherapy is a team of UK trained physiotherapist's who are passionate about incorperating current evidence based medicine into practice to best serve and treat our patients. All of our physiotherapists at 4front Physiotherapy are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and have chartered status from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

At 4front Physiotherapy we treat a plethora of conditions and injuries (See 'What We Do' for indepth information on our website). A brief list includes all manner of sporting or musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries, neurological long term conditions such as stroke rehabilitation and acute brain injury (ABI), we assist in managing respiratory conditions including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma management consultations, post-op/surgery rehabilitation from hip/knee replacements, fractures, shoulder surgery, and many other types of surgery. We also treat paediatrics (children), adults and the elderly.

Our philosophy is based around always putting the patient first. We believe that listening to our patients when explaining their pain, injury, or condition enables our physiotherapist's to understand how it is effecting them and their lives. This can allow our physiotherapist's to grasp the magnitude of the situation for that individual and understand the importance of addressing their needs. We believe that this multifactorial approach is better than one dimensional approaches as in many cases an injury does not just affect us physiologically but also psychologically and sociologically. This philosophy has been extremely successful in treating all patients of 4front Physiotherapy including elite sports athletes, professional football players, children in sport, stroke and respiratory patients, as well as elderly patients. We belive the reason for the success of our philosophy is that we ultimatley treat each patient as a complete unique individual and use the most up to date, and best medical evidence available to construct bespoke treatment plans with specific and realistic goals for our patients to work towards. We disagree with treating certain injuries or conditions completely the same for each individual as often we see the same or similar injuries having different affects on different people.

Recent evidence shows that patients who are treated in the comfort of their own home or own environment respond better to treatment. Therefore 4front Physiotherapy prides itself on being one of the ONLY companies in the East Sussex area that provide ALL their assessments and treatments in the comfort of our patients homes. We will come to visit you at home, and at an hour reasonable to you. We generally accept all appointments BUT what MAKES US UNIQUE is that we are also available for evening (5pm - 10pm) and weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) appointments. We can arrange to visit you at home, at work, at a sports club, gym, or at a retirement home. We find this suits our patients who work during the day and may struggle to get time off of work for such appointments. This can also suit elderly patients who may not be able to get transport to a clinic, or children who are at school during the day. We aim to suit all of our patients needs, and even have an emergency call out option.
