Amazing team of people, I thought my machine had a catastrophic failure but I dropped my machine into them and within an hour it was back printing better than when it came out of the box.
The knowledge they have is great for new starters and experienced people alike, they took me though print tips using regular materials such as PLA and ABS but also specials such as woods and carbon fibre.
If you're having print issues hese guys know how to fix it. Curious about filaments they knows the best ones, cant recommend enough

The people in the office/ at the end of the phone here have been really helpful over the last few months.It encouraged me to buy a second 3D Printer. They helped with many learning/teething problems , I had when learning how to use the 3D technology . I am now using it daily in an Orthodontic surgery on a daily basis.It is changing the way we work.
