What amazing service! It was my first time dealing with a bounce house company and they answered all of my silly questions. They were so accommodating when we had to change our setup area to indoors because of weather and the attendants even helped us with a cotton candy machine that we had rented from another company. I don't normally give 5 stars because I always think there is room for improvement but this company did such a great job this past week. From booking with Beth, keeping in contact with Kim about weather updates, to the set up and take down crew that included Jason, Gabe, and Cameron. They did an amazing job. Our company enjoyed our company picnic that had games, inflatables, wax hands (huge hit), and photo booth with a custom border just for us. We used 3 Monkeys Inflatables for an outdoor movie night at our church. They had the best price for a movie screen, projector and sound. They were great with responding to our inquiries, very helpful with our questions, and patient when it came time to set up. We ran into issues with our electricity, and the gentleman who came to set up the screen was very understanding, patient and easy going. They were prompt with their arrival to set up and take down.
