They would have got 5 stars but as they slipped in my estimation with posting their photo upside down!
Seriously though I have been very pleased since we shifted from our own staff to engaging K2.
They have been very professional and we even had the police in on "blues and twos" so unaccustomed the villagers were at seeing torch lights inspecting the marina they called 999!
Goodness only knows what we would have been getting on with our own staff in lockdown.

What do you love most about your job?
Providing a quality Service at an affordable price whilst putting things back into the Community where we work. The loyalty of my Staff and the knowledge that our Clients can relax knowing that we are doing the job that they pay us to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe that the Security Industry has been devalued by the flooding of the Industry by sub-standard staff which makes people more desperate for work and results in falling standards and staff that will turn a blind eye, fall asleep on the job as they are not focussed, staff that are willing to work for below expected wages and are open to bribery to supplement this. Having worked for others and grown their business I thought about doing it for myself after seeing how many companies promise a service but fail to deliver.
Why should our clients choose you?
Experience, professionalism and a community based company. We are not the Big Faceless Company. Our Guards are nearly always local to where the job is and those who make our standards stay with us. We are a small Family orientated business that likes to give a Tailored service to each client as each client is unique. We don't brag about what we have done, we just get on and do it.
We do not pay our staff the lowest wage possible. We value the job that they are doing which is protecting something of value to you. If cost is all it means to you and you want a cheap company we suggest you go elsewhere. We value our staff. we believe that they are doing a job of valued should be paid accordingly. We are also fully insured, ac copy of which can be supplied on request.
Key Holding/Alarm Response/Mobile Patrols
Key Holding and Alarm Response for your business. We provide protection for you and your staff by responding to Alarm Notifications at your premises. No need for your staff to be woken up and dragged out at all hours when we can secure and investigate the alarm and reset if necessary. This stops downtime caused by your staff being called out and stops them being put at risk.
We charge an annual Key Holding Fee and call outs are billed when they occur.
We can also provide random Mobile Patrols of your business premises which by our visibility alone, deters would be incidents and gives added protection to your premises. These can be vary in number throughout a night and we tailor each service to each individual companies requirements.

SECURITY GUARDS/CONCIERGE/GATEHOUSE STAFF
We can provide Security Guards who have First Aid, Banksman Certificates to protect your Construction Sites, Business Site, Buildings, Office Complex, Student Accommodation or other Premises. We are fully Insured to provide this type of service.
Whether its 24 hours 7 days a week or just at weekends we can provide the service needed. We do a full Security Risk Assessment of the Site and provide you with a written report with our recommendations. We then discuss requirements and agree what is needed with you. We fully believe that in order to protect your assets we need to look after and protect our staff and have strict policies in place to monitor their well being.

DOOR SUPERVISION
We have a small dedicated team of Door Supervisors which are gathering a great reputation.
We fully believe that our staff are your customers first point of contact with your business and therefore have to not only look the part and be professionally aware but also have tremendous customer service skills which reflect well on your business.
Do not be fooled into thinking that big muscular men filling a doorway make the best Door Staff. Far from it. We believe that prevention is better than the cure and that is why we are creating a great reputation at all the premises we cover.
