Jessy saved our trip!! Our group of 5 girls broke down (on a Sunday afternoon - Father's Day no less!) by Emerald Bay and Crown Taxi picked us up when the tow truck picked up our rig. After hearing why we broke down, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND in not only getting us to our vacation rental, but helping us get our rig fixed in the fastest possible way. Had he not extended us this kindness, our rig would have been in the shop for at least an extra day and would have cost us quite a bit more money as well. I literally just got a yelp account to review Crown Taxi. As a college student with no transportation, I heavily rely on uber, busses, and cabs. After poor experience with another cab company in town, I was hesitant on calling Crown Taxi to pick me up, BUT I AM SO HAPPY I DID! Crown Taxi was a life saver! Forget Uber - which will charge you $150+ for an XL in a snow-stormy night. Jose seriously rescued us at 2am and brought us to our cabin by the Sierras and plowed through the snow with their raised 4wheel drive SUV taxis. Made it all the way to our cabin driveway while everyone else had to walk half a mile since Uber would take them further... then called the next day for 2 taxis to rescue us AGAIN before the storm hit.
