I inadvertently broke my pc …! Panicked and then Googled PC Repairs and this company showed with positive reviews so I took the plunge and contacted them. Even though it was the Bank Holiday weekend he took the time to have an email dialogue with me to ascertain the issue. I chose in the end to get a new pc built, mine was tired and the game I play required a higher spec. Excellent service from 24 hour pc repairs. An appointment was arranged to suit my complicated diary and they visited me at home on time. He was originally coming to extract information from an old computer to put onto a new PC. However, he was so helpful in guiding me through the installation of software and gave me very good advice on the workings of my new operating system. He did this very quickly. A task which would taken me hours! He made sure that I was confident about the operation of the new PC and offered to give supporting advice by phone, should I need it. Much better value and service than PC World. He diagnosed the problem with our laptop and gave us a quote before carrying out any repairs (PC World charge £50 just to have a look). We had our laptop back within two days (PC World take at least 10 days). Jon came on a Sunday, which really surprised me! The best thing was the price was no higher than a midweek day.
He solved my internet access problem in 5 minutes by quickly diagnosing that my old outer was faulty.
