Had a horrible leak in the middle of a storm I knew nothing could be done at that very moment but I wanted to get an estimate ASAP before things got to bad and the price to high! Called 1st Choice Roofing asked for a estimate explained the leak was coming in and a non stop rate I scheduled an estimate for the next morning well to my surprise an hour passed and it was the owner! He actually came out and put a tarp down! I didn’t even tell this man I wanted work done I signed no paperwork he told me the price which honestly was out of my range honestly I had another estimate the next morning whom was lower and wanted to patch up the area but something just made me go with this company and man am I glad they worked a deal out with me,stopped the leak,called me right away the 1 time it rained! The price was not the cheapest but the workers hospitality was enough for me! I recommend these guys to 3 people I know and I will continue to do so! I noticed a leak in my sons room I called 4 different roofing companies not 1 answered then I called 1st choice and mike answered my call and came right out at 7pm during the rain storm he put a tarp on my roof to help me get through the storm. I signed a contract to have the roof fixed mike got me right on the schedule showed me pictures and the workers were very professional,polite and made sure everything was cleaned. I am extremely SATISFIED with mike I called he came right out explaining everything that we needed done to fix the issue instead of selling us everything like other companies were trying he was honest so we went and got a new roof and a sun light in the bathroom the crew showed up on time mike made sure they moved our grill,outside tables,and covered up our property they installed the rubber roof and everything in 1 day mike showed me all the pictures of the work he walked me around my place making sure it was clean enough for me. Don't waste your time with other roofing companies!

I have received the runaround from multiple companies for multiple years and wasted hundreds of dollars on patch jobs that ultimately failed and led to additional destruction to the interior of my home due to persistent, recurring leaks. 1st choice roofing came out and provided me with a quick estimate and showed me exactly what they could do to finally resolve my problem. The communication was crystal clear as they did not rush and just throw the roof on but meticulously planned out when it would be installed as we experienced rain and snow the following days after my estimate. They provide me with a new roof on my entire home in less than one working day. I have not experience an issue since and I'm extremely pleased with the work that was provided. We recently purchased a home and after the first heavy rain discovered a leak in our kitchen. We tried to fix the leak ourselves but after the next heavy rain we found out we needed real roofers. They did not want to leave this flat roof with a problem that would creep up later, unlike other contractors in the area, no offense.
