All I can say is AMAZING! We would rate them 10 stars if we could. My son passed his 11 plus with Wise Owls Learning last year and my daughter has just passed her 11 plus this time around with the help from Wise Owls. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The team at Wise Owls are above the rest in terms of treating the children as individuals (not numbers) and nurturing them. The results speak for themselves. Wiseowls have a tried and tested approach to develop the core skills and techniques children require to pass the 11+ exam. The team are friendly and approachable and have made a great impact on my daughters learning journey as well as her confidence. Tehseen has a great understanding around the content of the 11+ exams and ensures all sessions address this well. The mock exams and intensive revision further add to the experience and enable the children to become comfortable with a formal testing environment. My daughter has also picked up core study skills which extend beyond the 11+ and include things such as taking effective notes, planning revision and keeping to task timings. Our DD has attended classes here since she started year 5, and is about to sit the 11+. The classes have helped her to prepare for the test, as well as supporting her school learning. The additional homework has been a challenge for her, but has provided a good level of intellectual challenge (unlike school homework). She has enjoyed the classes and they are accessible for her. It has definitely increased her confidence, and ambition to do well at school, the benefits of group lessons. At times though, as in school, the teaching has had to suit the majority of the class, so hasn’t always been able to focus on what she needed. After trying a few diffrent Private Tutors my son joined Wiseowls very late . I wish I had known about the centre much sooner. It was a challenge to get Yusaf to his lessons with his previous tution and now he is asking me to book more sessions at Wiseowls. I highly recommend wiseowls to those thinking about entering their child for the 11+. My son joined very late and the team went out of their way to try and help him catch up as much as possible with the other children. Lots of helpful advice was given as to how to support him at home as well. I also recommend the pretest as this was a very authentic setting for the children and they then know exactly what to expect. The results and feedback were very useful. Thank you Tehseen and team. My daughter attended Wiseowls for some maths tuition after receiving her GCSE mock exam results.
