I pre booked a taxi to London Gatwick and prepaid by credit card. The taxi did not turn up! Booked through MottoLines and paid to Apple Cars. There was no answer to Apple Cars phone number and the response from MottoLines on the day was they were trying to contact the driver but he wasn't answering. Fortunately, my credit card company have refunded my money as neither Apple Cars or MottoLines have made any attempt to resolve the matter. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES!!! On a cold Sunday morning after a long flight from Vancouver, Heathrow Cabs really turned my miserable morning into a joyful one. First of all the cab driver was waiting and offered to load my luggage. He was so polite and patient because threre was a little delay in getting out from the Terminal building.
