AURICULAR ACUPUNCTURE

I was trained at the Yuan Traditional Medicine College and I'm qualified to practice 5 point(Yuan) and 7 point (Jing). This involves me inserting up to 5 small needles in each ear to minimise psychological and physical symptoms like;

anxiety, stress, depression, calming the mind, centring, insomnia, reducing blood pressure, harmonisng the liver and much more...

You can choose to have auricular acupuncture combined with counselling or as a therapy on it's own.

ONLINE COUNSELLING
Online counselling is done over the internet by either writing emails or VOIP (Online Live counselling) through Skype. The online service can appeal to those who are seeking flexible therapeutic support to fit in and around work and home commitments.
