Mustapha is an Angel straight out of heaven! Let me tell you my story. Customer picks up my car keys while I'm helping some one at my job in retail sales. Walks off with them. Does not turn them in. I'm frantic. I call a Cadillac dealership that is less than 3 miles away from me during (normal business hours) my break. They don't have my key for the cut. Their recommended estimate is ($167.00, plus I would have to "figure out" (tow) how to get my car to thier location!) Mind you, this is all for one key. They directed me to a locksmith who told me he didn't have an available slot until Wednesday of that week. (It's Monday mid day) Yep, you guessed it. Totally not going to let my car sit in a parking lot for three whole days when only God knows who has my only original key which I've had for years! I already spent the previous night in my car because no dealerships were accessible late Sunday evening when my keys originally got snatched-up! Dealership recommended associated lock-Smith gives me a $50 increase on account of him having to travel to my location. But Wednesday is not satisfactory for me. He gives me a recommedation from the South side of Austin. I bought my car in Lubbock Texas years ago. Moved back to Austin here recently(literally 4 1/2 months freshly back) But I blind side them with my out of state cellur number. (I grew up on Lake Travis. Attended Leander High. Just traveled and lived for about 15 years. Anywho* I call the new recommendation. His wife picks up the phone. Asks what year and make is my car, my location. Am I looking to be rekeyed this evening? (Inside I'm totally like, 'Duh!!!') I politely inform her that 1hour wouldn't be too soon.... She then informs me her husband is out on a job. She'll have him get back with me asap. We hang up. I Google some more and my gut tells me. "Nathan, dial that number right there 512-662-4787!" Best thing I had done for myself all year I'd later find. I get an answer on three rings. I have a quote in under 2 minutes and even a time of extinguishing my problem in 10 more seconds. I receive a call from 'the husband'.... I politely place Mr. Mustapha (So professional, so kind, so knowledgeable. I really like this guy. This is girly: but I litterally see butterflies when I say his name. He's truly an authentic human being!) on hold. Husbands asks me my location. "You in Austin right? 'Cause your phone number says Pennsylvania. We don't travel that far. Just a heads up there buddy." I manage a meek laugh and spit out my location yet again. Then I ask his quote... He bursts out with a whopping $279bucks. I don't even miss a beat. I hang-up on him and finalize my plans with Mr. Mustapha. (butterflies) Gentleman is five minutes late against our planned timing. He calls 10 minutes before to let me know he'll be five minutes late. What a guy! He arrives. 24 minutes later I have not one. But two new keys to my vehicle. Keyed professional and precise aaaand I save over a $100bucks that was being thrown in my face from my last quotesmen. I was so HAPPY I was barely noticing I should be tired at the moment. I sang my whole 35 minutes drive home! A week in a half later, the customer that took my keys, brings them back and turns them in. Now I have three car keys to one car. Never had that before. What an experience. The moment I met Mustapha in person. The experience became another Grande Adventure!!! More...
