I forgot to say in my previous review how knowledgeable Katie is. She explains why I’m doing a certain exercise and what muscle group it’s working. She knows exactly how to correct what you’re doing so as not to cause injuries and to get the most out of everything I do.

Katie is a very talented, knowledgeable trainer. She is well aware of my physical limitations (bulging disc in back and poor posture) and tailors our workouts to make sure I don’t exacerbate these issues. My workouts have progressed as I’ve gotten stronger and I always feel like I am being challenged to be the very best I can be. Our workouts go by quickly and I really enjoy them. I feel much stronger, my posture has improved and my back is never sore. I highly recommend Katie. I am 74 years old and love the fact that I feel stronger than I have for a long time.

Katie is knowledgeable, professional and fun! I had three other personal trainers in my lifetime but never actually looked forward to going to the gym before. I have back problems which Katie is able to easily work around while still giving me a good workout without creating any problems with my back. She listens to me and can adapt any exercise to meet my needs. I have been going usually twice a week for over a year and I’ve never felt better. My body is stronger and in a nicer shape. I have no plans to stop attending. I have no hesitation recommending Katie to anyone. It will be the best investment you’ve ever made!
