ABSOLUTELY. We placed 6 tenants in homes during the month of March and April when the pandemic hit. We learned and took advantage of learning how to shoot quality video and editing them into a virtual video for tenants. We sign everything electronically and can handle inspections and move in reports all virtually!
We ensure applications are filled out BEFORE any showing. So only serious and qualified applicants come through. We utilize video editing to create virtual videos for you and for the people viewing the ads to limit the number of people we have to meet and see. We ensure our visits are masked and we are sanitized. We do not hold open houses or put tenants or other people at risk at any time.
