The reason you choose any manager of real estate is for their time and knowledge - Hiring my team and I you will be supported and guided by the best in the business. Our top competitive advantage over our competition and others is our Performance Based Contract which instills in my managers a higher level of accountability in performance of their duties - We work harder because we must work harder and our efforts are wasted(we don't get paid) unless your getting paid. Our interests are more in line with your interests of having a profitable real estate investment.

Yes - for some services. However a good manager is typically someone who is able to walk the proeprty and attend in the event something happens.

Services

For Full Service;
We try to keep out management agreements simple and charge a standard 12.5% all inclusive management fee. We offer discounts on multiple properties.

Normally agents charge 8-10% plus additional fees for other services which generally works out to be the same - its just more complicated and harder to understand.

Our management agreement is performance based and means if we don’t make you money we don’t make money either. Basically if its not rented then we don’t earn anything minimum – on flip side we need to place good tenants because we are performance based – if we place bad tenants then we don’t get paid to do all the extra work or get paid to re-lease the property. Performance based is just better.

Our full service management includes; Full financial management, maintenance management, All leasing and tenant issues, small repairs while onsite for inspections, two to three inspections per year, Online access and monthly reporting, Direct deposit to your bank account.

For those times you simply need help finding a screening a tenant – we will do all the background and legwork and present you quality candidates for your final approval. We supply you with the contracts, inspections, and ensure you and your tenant both fully know the terms of the agreement for a great rental experience
