0 out of 5 stars I emailed Maria about a property my partner and I were interested in renting, we are two 27 to 30 year old professional adults. After sending an email expressing our interest and a little about ourselves, the response I got was short and dismissive, saying that I would have to schedule a viewing after Feb 2, the rental was posted to start showings on the 1st and I emailed her on about the 28th of Jan. When I emailed her back on Feb 5th to schedule a viewing, her response was only "Its rented". I feel she was judgemeantal and dissmive of my boyfriend and I because we are a younger couple. She gave us absolutely no chance, and with this becoming a younger person's market, I do not believe this company is for anyone looking for a place to settle down. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Owning a property is a big deal. Making sure its being properly cared for is just as important. I LOVE being able to go above and beyond what most property management companies do and seeing the positive affects it has on my clients perceptions about renting. My days are filled with new challenges every day and seeing how many repeat clients come back is the MOST rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been independent and the need to have my own schedule was a must. I wanted to create a special and unique experience in the Property Management world where clients can be at ease knowing we have their investments under control. Being a Realtor as well i understand the emotional attachments and costs to having such investments.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are not a Monday to Friday 8am-4pm only, large commercial company with 100+ employees. We believe in communication and the quality of service over how many homes and buildings we have to manage, We are attentive and available and will respond to your needs 7 days a week any time of the day. We treat the clients investments like they are our own and ensure that nothing gets over looked from start to finish. We take pride in our tenant selection so you can be rest assured you have responsible mature individuals paying the rent on time. Our routine inspections are our priority along side choosing the right tenant for you. ABSOLUTELY. We placed 6 tenants in homes during the month of March and April when the pandemic hit. We learned and took advantage of learning how to shoot quality video and editing them into a virtual video for tenants. We sign everything electronically and can handle inspections and move in reports all virtually!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure applications are filled out BEFORE any showing. So only serious and qualified applicants come through. We utilize video editing to create virtual videos for you and for the people viewing the ads to limit the number of people we have to meet and see. We ensure our visits are masked and we are sanitized. We do not hold open houses or put tenants or other people at risk at any time.
