Great value and excellent communication! Now that Toronto allows for laneways to be constructed, we hired JP Lucky Construction to convert our old garage into a new laneway suite for rental. Right from the get go they were very professional and very on top of responding to all my questions. I knew nothing about construction or any of the permit process and they took care of everything from A-Z. The thing I was most impressed about was that they knew I wanted to make it into a rental unit and they catered my budget and quality of material towards renters while also maintaining the modern and minimalist design. I have already recommended them to my neighbours that were interested in a similar laneway house project. Definitely give them a shout! (Laneway House: 1200sqft, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, 2 Parking)
