I am a registered social worker and certified EMDR therapist specializing in trauma and attachment. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and challenges related to past experiences and relationships. My approach is calm, supportive, and collaborative, with a strong focus on safety, regulation, and emotional steadiness. I work at a pace that feels manageable and take care to explain the process clearly, so clients feel informed and supported throughout their work.
