We believe that all people in our community should have access to counselling services regardless of ethnicity, income status, race, age, gender, sexual orientation, immigration status, and/or ability.

We provide our services online and have a flexible cancellation policy for clients who are ill.
Individual Counselling
Mental health therapy may help you improve your relationships, gain a greater understanding of your goals and values, reduce feelings of distress, and help solve significant problems. We provide specialized evidence-based treatment plans for clients who may have concerns with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, interpersonal issues, parenting issues, anger management, and addictions.
