Nous avions choisi la bavette de bœuf qui fondait littéralement dans la bouche et la poitrine de poulet fermier piquée au chorizo qui était extrêmement savoureuse et a fait l’unanimité! Votre tarte au citron déstructurée était admirablement balancée entre les textures, l’acidité et le petit côté pas trop sucré. Exactement ce qu’il fallait pour terminer le tout en beauté! Nous voulions aussi souligner le grand professionnalisme ainsi que la belle courtoisie de votre équipe. Des hors-d’oeuvres jusqu’au dessert, tout à été parfait! Was looking for a place to get some food for 4 ppl last Christmas(2022), came across West Island Catering. The menu that they offered seemed good but was not sure that we would like it, I'm kind of a fussy eater. A single bite and I new we made the right choice. One word to describe the food: heaven. Portions are more than fair. Quality A+. Customer service above and beyond.
This year since my in-laws eat like little birds we order only 3 meals with a few extras. We still had enough leftovers to enjoy (and we did) the next day. A little hick-up happened with our order: they forgot to give us the sticky toffee pudding. We live at the other end of the island about 1hr away and I did not feel like going back especially since the bridge to ile aux Tourtes was closed and causing heavy traffic delays. No problem they took responsibility and actually came to deliver the dessert. That is what you call top notch customer service by going above and beyond. FYI I would have went back for that dessert, it's to die for. Will be ordering extra desserts next year.
I want to take a moment to thank Nav and her team for the delicious meals that she prepares. For a family like ours or those who are alone at Christmas, they provide a valuable service, making it possible to have a traditional and delicious Christmas meal. Hope that she will be doing this for a long time.
