Our vast catering menu can be customized to suit any event. We cater everything from weddings to office meetings and everything in between. All our meats are made fresh and hand carved, and our baked goods are made fresh in house daily.
Fantastic for breakfast or lunch! My husband and I went to Fresco for breakfast and had a delicious, hot, artfully-arranged breakfast in a warm, inviting, friendly environment...what more could we ask for! We live out of town, but plan on coming back next time we are in the area...it's a new favorite for us.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Every client is different. There is no cookie cutter menu. I like to incorporate their feeling about the event, memories of past food flavours and recreate it to some thing just for them.

Before I became a Chef and Holistic Practitioner, I studied aromatherapy spa, Reiki and ear candling. Among other programs, I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Holistic Nutrition and became certified at the Chef Training Program and Basic Health Supportive Cooking at the Natural Gourmet Cookery School in NYC. I also updated my smis and knowledge by graduating from IIN (Institute of Intergrative Nutrition) and two Gluten free Cooking certifications and of them was for Gluten Free Specialist.
