It has been so long since all the family was able to get together for Thanksgiving, so we thought we would try having P. S Custom Cuisine for this year’s feast so we could spend more time outdoors with each other and less time in the kitchen. Wow was our group blown away!! Everything was so perfectly executed and delicious it made our Thanksgiving so much more special. We are still talking about how amazing everything tasted a day later! Everything was beyond! The sausage stuffed mushroom appetizers, the most delicious juicy turkey with two kinds of stuffing, potatoes & turnips were next level along with mouth watering carrots & green beans and to finish it off apple pie & pumpkin cheesecake with vanilla bean whipped cream. I recently used P.S. Custom Cuisine to cater a wedding reception in my yard. Chef Paul was always available through the planning process and worked with me on the meal plan. The meal was excellent, one of the finest I’ve enjoyed. Paul prepared strip loin roast with potatoes and roasted vegetables on the side as well as stuffed chicken breasts. Paul and his associate Meggan prepared, served, and cleaned up afterwards. I was able to attend to my guests as there was little left for me to do. I will use P.S. I highly recommend Chef Paul for any event!! We hired Chef Paul for a party of 12 guests at our home. The experience was incredible! The service was amazing, the presentation was beautiful, and the food was delicious! The guests were all very impressed & could not stop talking about the impeccable meal! The chef was also able to meet specific dietary restrictions for a few guests, who were also thrilled with their meal! As well, Chef Paul was on time & super clean! There really is nothing better than hosting a delicious meal at home, then walking into a clean kitchen! I look forward to hiring him again for future events!
