I offer an online The 14 Day Fat loss challenge where you can learn strategies to lose weight when you want to, smash common myths that have lead you to fail, and stop you becoming a crash dieter. This is part of EPT onboarding offer. From there, clients have the option to join The EPT 28-day Shred program which is a systematic, tested process to guarantee you hit your goals. Drop 3-5% bodyweight using the simplest, evidence-based methods. Other programs can be customised as can be groups to suite goals.

Following my initial 14 Days, you can continue your journey online or in person for a further 28 days to drop 3-5% bodyweight using the simplest, evidence-based methods. Consitency over time builds momentum that helps create a healthier inside and out.
