We can check in via phone or email if required, as our company provides in home services online and remote services would be a check in and only if required.

We have a policy that our staff are vaccinated against covid-19, as well as if they present with illness that could be covid to conduct rat testing and viral pcr before working with clients these must be negative. While unwell staff must wear masks, use gloves and sanitize hands above already required need to do so policy. Staff must sanitise as per the 5 moments of hand hygiene and we have regular training to update staff.
