ZZ Ceti Books LLC is a company, where your book-keeping entries will be double checked for accuracy. We will endeavour to go over and beyond and prove to be a long-term sounding board for your business.
We provide regular Biweekly/Monthly Bookkeeping services utilizing Quickbooks at $65/hour, with reduced rates of $50/hour available for educational small businesses and for our loyal customers. (Most small businesses may not need more than an hour to complete their monthly book-keeping.)
Biweekly or Monthly Payroll Services
The most important part of payroll for a service-based business is actually converting timesheets from employees into work hours, as that is immensely helpful in knowing what to change or to uncover an employee taking undue advantage. Our company has the work ethic to always double check our payroll calculations, as it is very important to keep staff happy and not have any mistakes in calculating paychecks. We facilitate biweekly or monthly payroll services with direct deposit for up to 5 employees for a service charge of $50 per pay period. Each additional employee would cost $8 extra per pay period. This service also includes filing payroll taxes monthly or as needed.
Filing Quarterly & Annual Payroll Tax Reports
ZZ Ceti Books LLC also provides electronic filing of quarterly Federal and State payroll tax reports. We charge $125/quarter to e-file the quarterly payroll tax reports for Federal & State for up to 5 employees. Each additional employee would cost an extra $5/quarter.
We also facilitate e-filing of annual W2, W3, WR, or 1099 forms for contractors as needed. We e-file W2s and 1099s for Federal & State, including the annual WR form for Oregon for up to 5 employees and 5 contractors for $150. Each additional employee costs $8, and each additional contractor would cost $5.
New Business: Simple Logo Design, Flyers & Business Cards
We also offer really low prices on designing a simple logo for $100. We offer creative business card designs for $100, flyers with written content for your advertising needs at $150 per page.
New Business: Simple Website Design
This is not our speciality, but we are capable of providing a very simple webpage design for $350, the lowest imaginable price in the market today. This does not include the cost of purchasing the domain, which will be done by the business owner directly, so you own your website.
