Zeus and his team did a fabulous job painting the exterior of my house.  Always on time, professional and friendly. Zeus promptly responded to any questions or requests and took the time to explain the entire process and point out things that I probably would have missed.  They also pay great attention to detail, both during the prep work and finishing.  My house has wood siding and hadn't been painted in about 15 years, so it looked pretty bad.  The great result shows why it pays to hire someone willing to take the time to do the necessary preparation.  I'm thrilled with how it turned out and have received numerous compliments from my neighbors.  Working with Zeus and his crew was a pleasure, and I plan to hire them again when I'm ready to paint the interior. Zeus and his team are extremely professional and talented painters!  They communicated well, arrived on time, and were always courteous. Zeus encouraged our questions, and the team listened to our comments during the project. A water tight exterior was a big concern for us and we feel confident that Zeus and his team delivered. Our home is 2800 sq feet, two story, with 36 wood trimmed windows. Zeuz was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I had many questions before the project started and he always responded in a quick and timely manner and gave great advise. Let me start off by saying I wish I could give them more than 5 starts. From the very first point of contact to the last moment, all of the guys were 100% professional. Zeus, the owner was so informative and honest about the options we had as far as different types of paint that would be best suited for our home. He also provided other options we had not considered or thought of. He even came with a booklet of information and references!! No other painter had done that, and we spoke/met with several. His pricing was very competitive and fair. Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly we were in a super time crunch, (thanks to this COVID-19 mess, He was able to work his schedule and start on our home the very next day! They spend so much of that first day sanding and making sure everything was smooth and prepped to perfection. I had a vision for our home and I believe me when  I tell you their work was far better than I imagined. This was thanks to the perfection of their prep work (which was key in the flawlessness of their work. We get so many people stoping and admiring our home now (thanks to the Ring) we see it a lot! I made sure to ask Zeus for some business cards before he left because I wanted to make sure I could refer him to anyone who needed a painter who not only does great quality work, but is extremely knowledgeable, honest and by far the easiest to work with. I have a larger residence, and did my leg work before deciding on a company taking multiple bids. You could tell the level of professionalism when I first got Zeus's bid. All the items I learned to watch out for were clearly defined in the bid, it was very clear and straightforward, and at a very competitive price. We were so impressed by his experience, we took his advice and slightly changed the paint color to his recommendation (he was right the slightly lighter color offsets / matches the roof tiling perfectly).After we met and he did the initial walk around, he called out several areas that would need new wood / siding, named his price, made sure we knew it was okay if we wanted to use our own carpenter, had a better hourly rate then the ones I contacted, and then delivered under his time and material estimate for the work. His team moved my wife's very numerous plants before starting the job without incident, arrived on time everyday, were extremely careful not to get overspray paint on our cars and walkways, courteous in all interactions with me and my kids, answered all questions amiably, and got their job done ahead of schedule.On the last day, Zeus went over the entire house personally, and marked out areas he wanted the team to address. We had Zeus and his team paint the exterior of our house last year, we were so happy with the results that we had them paint the inside of our house this year. Zeus is friendly, professional, reasonable and very easy to work with. The painting team did a great job, their work is clean, meticulous and neat. For the interior prep work, they covered everything thoroughly, no paint splatter on the furniture or floors. During the work process, the crew was always on-time, efficient, and kept the work area very clean. This was important to us since we were staying in our house while they painted our upstairs area. He has an ENORMOUS portfolio of work and professional references; from the get-go we could tell we were in good hands. Zeus and his staff are outstanding. . .honest, reliable, timely, and neat.  They just completed a redo of my kitchen cabinets; cabinets are solid oak and I wanted a kitchen refresh without the expense of replacing my custom cabinets.  Zeus helped with the selection of a color and when the hinges could not be replaced he provided suggestions on knobs and drawer pulls that compliment the existing hinges.  The crew was on time, kept me informed on the progress, and left my kitchen usable each night.  Zeus came every day to check on the workmanship and to make sure all my concerns were addressed.  Upon completion he thoroughly inspected the cabinets and ensured any deficiencies (which were minimal) were promptly corrected.  I could not be happier and will contract with him for any future painting needs. Incredible.  Incredible.  Incredible.  The professionalism and service is truly amazing.  Zeus met me to give an estimate and provided a quote in a timely manner.  Our property manager wanted a minimum of $4750 and another company wanted $4200.  I assume if one is a painter or owns a painting company attention to detail is key.  The 2nd estimate did not even have our correct address of our property and didn't really go into what work was going to be done.  Zeus took the time without wasting time and let me know the technique and what would be included in the work.  His team even finished the work earlier than scheduled.  I would highly recommend Zeus and his painting company.  Oh, the work?  Amazing. Zeus and his guys recently painted all my kitchen cabinets and we couldn't be more pleased. The guys arrived on time every morning (took 5 days to complete), conscious about covering everything and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Zeus and his entire team were fantastic, from the scheduling process to advising on paint colors to the completion of the job. Zeus was always enthusiastic and responded to all questions very promptly. The crew was meticulous, courteous, and professional and left our yard and the neighbor's yard clean and organized at the end of each day.  The price was fair and competitive and we are very pleased with the result. A few of our neighbors have even commented that our house looks sharp and elegant! In addition to a great paint job, we needed some wood repaired and replaced, the downspouts reattached to the house, and a few other miscellaneous items taken care of, all of which were completed to our satisfaction. ZV Professional Painting & Decorating recently completed the exterior of our home.  From the estimate process to the completion of the job, the owner, Zeus, and his crew were very professional.  Not only were his painters neat and meticulous, but they were very courteous. Zeus and his team did a great job not only on painting the exterior of my home but also replacing the dry rot on the trim of a few windows as well as re-staining my deck (after repairing some of the pieces of redwood that were starting to come loose). Zeus is very professional and thorough from the initial meeting to the final 'inspection', checking in/up throughout the entire project; I've had to have quite a bit of work done on my home recently (new roof, new gutters & downspouts) and working with Zeus was so easy (compared to the other contractors), I knew I could leave them to do their work without hesitation and go about my day. Know that if any question or concern arises, Zeus will  always be available to address it.Exterior painting included power washing, prep work [cracks patched, spot sanding (stucco walls), all windows & fixtures appropriately covered], primer coat, 2 coats of paint (he uses top tier of Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, and Kelly Moore - your choice), and final touch up.Zeus is also great with color choices; unfortunately due to existing features on the house & a new HOA property management company, I wasn't able to use his skills to it's fullest - I chose to stay with the same 3 colors.He even replaced all the weather stripping on my front door with new product because 1 piece/side was no longer in good shape.Bottom line: fair price & great work. Every day, I come home from work, look at my house, & think, "My house looks SO GOOD!!!" ZV did an amazing job on the exterior of my house! The paint looks fantastic! They also refinished my front door, which looks GORGEOUS!!! They brought the wood back to life, turning it into a beautiful dark brown. I could stare at it for hours!!!Zeus is such a pleasure to work with! He is very passionate about his work. Super friendly, fun to talk to, you immediately feel at ease about him. You know you are in good hands. He has an eye for details that I would certainly miss! An example is our old iron "fence" that lines our porch. I thought about replacing it with a new wooden one, but Zeus said that his guys can make that look brand new. He was so right! It looks brand new & shiny! I LOVE it!!!I highly recommend ZV. Zeus and his team of 3 guys are AMAZING.  They began before 8am each morning.  Once they start the job, the team is like a well oiled machine.  Their prepping before the actual painting is thorough.  They actually tape painters' paper on the ground around the house.  I did t see a single drop of paint on the ground.Zeus is not the least expensive nor is he the most expensive.  I believe he is fair especially for what you get.  If you hire zeus' team, your home will be painted beautifully. This company is a great one; professional and honest. I met with Zeus (owner) for a bid to paint the exterior of our house and it was fair, reasonable and well worth it. Zeus listened and addressed any concerns.  He always returned calls and emails in a timely manner. His workers were also professional and had a strong work ethic; I consider them artists. They showed up early (never late) always on schedule and very clean.Zeus had told me it would take five days and it did. I cannot recommend Zeus and his crew enough! They are incredibly hard working and do an outstanding job. I had my old, scuffed and outdated wooden kitchen cabinets painted and they honestly look like brand new cabinets. The quality of their work cannot be beat. First, I should share the I am a new homeowner and was nervous about contracting out the work to paint my house. No regrets. I am extremely impressed with the interior paint job that Zeus and his team completed this week. He was able to accommodate me for a consult rather quickly and was extremely pleasant to work with. He also offered tips on color choices based on my initial thoughts and vision. He has a keen eye for accent walls and color choices for different rooms. He will give you his honest opinion. His crew was amazing. The work was detail oriented and very clean and professional. Zeus has great communication and excellent customer service skills. He has great relationships with the paint stores he uses, which makes for an even more pleasant experience overall.
