My front gate uses one system.  My security cameras use another.  Both rely on the internet at my building.  Add cable service to all this & things get complicated fast.  I'd be lost without Nathan from Zurtech to keep things upgraded & ensure we're working optimally.  Before I found Zurtech each vendor blamed the other when things went wrong & it took forever to get things done.Zurtech saves me time & money.  They never try to sell me things I don't want & always respond fast when I need help.  Zurtech is efficient.  Their work is clean.  They are organized & always arrive on time.  When an old camera went down they were quick to replace it.  When I got a new computer they reinstalled my links & tested to make sure I always had uninterrupted access.  Zurtech communicates well, explaining things & staying on budget.  I walk away from every interaction with this company feeling secure in the knowledge that things were handled well. Nathan and crew are amazing...Another company originally did my CCTV install.  I started having an issue with one of my cameras and by DVR.  Called Zurtech they were out the next day to fix it -- Works like a charm... We definitely live in a world of uncertainty almost to the point of phobia. The unfortunate reality is that we need to have alarms and surveillance systems installed and available to deter in the case of those elements in our society that want to either harm us or take our property. I have been working closely with Zurtech for over 5 years now and have found them to be professional as well as knowledgable. These guys are first rate in what they do. They are not the cheapest, but would you want to entrust your life to a $35 security camera installed by your Uncle Joe? My philosophy in matters like this is: you get what you pay for! I have redundant systems all over our campus so that those who are on our property can have the peace of mind that things are monitored...every square inch is covered. I needed an alarm system for my condo but didn't know who to trust.  Then I was referred to Zurtech and got a top notch security system at a price I can afford! (I'm a librarian.) This company excels in every way!!  Nathan came and talked to me about what my particular needs were and he determined which doors and windows were possible entry points.  He wired the system in a way that was efficient and comfortable for me.  He installed a video camera doorbell and since I'm a single woman he also set up a silent panic button for my key chain. From the first phone call to the finished project, these guys are the real deal and total pros.  Nathan came out the day after we called, gave us a competitive bid promptly, talked to us about our options, and installed a 4 camera system at our residence.  Easy peasy to use, and it was not an easy installation on a two story home but they did it on schedule ( less than a day) and per the bid and within a week of our initial contact.  Thank you Nathan for a great job and a fair price, this is the company to use folks. I called Zurtech two years ago when another company installed a security camera system at my rental property in Culver City but was unable to make the final adjustment to enable remote access (due to the fact that the tenant had Apple Airport router which the other company was not familiar with). Nathan responded quickly, and even though he had given me a quote to do the job, but I chose to go with the other company (strictly to save money), he came over and within just a few minutes had me connected to the router for remote access.  He really knows his job, was pleasant, and even though I didn't go with him initially, he did not ridicule me for choosing another company. His price was reasonable for the service call and what I will say about his company is that even though he will not be the cheapest, you will not have the head ache of wondering if he will deliver a complete job because he will stand behind his work with integrity. He was polite and very professional. I was blessed, however, that the initial company that installed the system reimbursed me for Zurtech's fee.Sometimes it pays to pay a little more, especially when it comes to your security. If you decide to bargain shop, PLEASE DO BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE HIRING and don't pay until ALL ASPECTS of the job has been completed and verified. I learned the hard way and doing this review to protect you. I knew dealing with Nathan would be different than with other security companies when he answered his phone - on the 2nd ring no less!  We needed a new DVR for recording our existing exterior cameras.  He brought a DVR with a hard drive made specifically for security recording, hooked it up and showed me how to use it (settings, searches, etc.).  I didn't know where the cable to connect to the Internet was located; Nathan patiently tracked it down and made the connection.  He then downloaded software to my laptop and smartphone and showed me how to use both.  Nathan says he won't leave until all of your questions are answered and he means it.  This guy knows his stuff and I will call him when we decide to move forward with his recommended camera upgrades & additions. I work for an apartment building in Koreatown, and ZURTECH was hired to install new security cameras and equipment. The owner, Nathan, always kind and punctual, set up the property and left with a job well done.  That was 2 years ago.  Since then, we recently encountered some problems with accessing previously recorded footage. Nathan sent his technician, Arison, who came and literally saved the day.  By that I mean, originally Nathan thought we would need to replace the DVR.  The problem was much bigger than we had originally thought. However, Arison was able to work his magic and saved the existing DVR.  This saved us over $1000.  He also installed and deleted programs on my laptop to make it run faster! We are happy once again, and would recommend them to future customers. More...

Zurtech has done two CCTV installs for me, one in a commercial office building and another for a residence.  Nathan is great.  He was on time and did a very neat job placing the cameras and running the wiring and conduit.  Everything was to code.  The cameras work perfectly.  He set me up with a free app to view the cameras remotely and showed me how to burn DVDs of footage.  His prices are reasonable for what you get -- he knows what type of cameras to use, where to place them, and does all the work in a professional manner.  I looked into getting a video surveillance system from Costco or online and doing it myself, but I'm glad I went with a professional.  I had a question after the install, and he came out to show me how to use the system (again) free of charge.  I recommend him highly.  A nice, honest guy.
