Whitney sent her cleaning team out to clean my home. When I went to check the upstairs bedroom I noticed that the window that normally holds my air conditioning unit was open and the unit was missing. Upon looking out the window I saw the unit on the ground completely destroyed. When I called Whitney she placed me onto the phone with her field supervisor who decided to tell me that there was no way that my unit fell out of the window and landed in that position. He accused me of planting the AC there in order to receive compensation from the company. This behavior from a supervisor is completely unacceptable and it is also unacceptable for the company to determine how my AC should have landed if it fell out of the window. They told me everything from there was no A/c in the window to there is no way they did that but starting from they have no idea what could have happened. That air conditioner stays in from the beginning to the end of the summer. I didn’t remove the other units out of the window so why would i remove this one? I have been placing the same unit in the same window for 5 years and have never had an issue. While I understand it might have been an oversight by Zip Cleaning’s employee. They need to take responsibility and replace my unit. More...
