This little place is so unassuming. Like you don't think you're going to have the best burrito of your life, but be warned, this place will surprise you. This place is AMAZING! Everything we ordered was delicious. The burrito reminds of a Sonoratown type of burrito, the tortilla is perfection. And the meat they use is so nicely marinated. Hell yes! OTMC helped me discover this place and I'm SO glad!!! I did the Tlacoyo w/asada, a pollo taco and pastor quesa taco. I waited outside while the food was being prepared. Lorena came outside and handed me an asada taco while I waited! O_O omfg this is better than walking bacon! But the best part is it was straight fire! Juicy and flavorful meat, and the salsas were perfect! My food was lovely. I think the pastor was my favorite, with the asada being next. I love the service, got an extra chicken taco too! The chicken was good and flavorful, I was just more partial to the pastor and asada. The tlacoyo was also delicious and filling! The Jamaica was perfect, not too sweet. This place was absolutely amazing! It was my first time here I let the friendly gentleman know in the front and he was so kind to bring out samples as I waited in my car for my order! He was so kind and so sweet and I appreciated the chef for giving us the sample! The Asada burrito and the sample was absolutely delicious! The meat was juicy and full of flavor, which is the most important to me, the meat has to be fresh not hard and has an explosion of flavors! The price was just the right amount! This place is straight fire. Absolutely delicious tacos. Definitely a hole in the wall spot that doesn't disappoint. I had the al pastor and Carne asada tacos and the near was perfectly cooked. The office decided to eat out for lunch today and we were not disappointed. I literally inhaled my torta de Asada, the salsas were just right, and the guacamole had a creamy consistency. In El Segundo, this is a nice convenient and wonderful place to eat. Probably one of the best places for Mexican cuisine in El Segundo. Tacos al cabron, as they say the traditional food, as an American I respect this very much and eat it all with great appetite. The staff are friendly and smiling, it depends on whether the customer will come to the restaurant or not. They serve tacos al carbon, which, if you aren't from around these parts (I'm an Aussie) means the meat is cooked over coals, making it insanely delicious. Love how clean, spacious the restaurant is and how friendly the staff are. They have a pretty basic menu with quality ingredients, so if you want good steak you will get it here. The avocado salsa is also very good. The flavors could be enhanced a bit to appeal to more traditional taco spots, but they are solid none the less.
