My boyfriend celebrated his birthday this month, and since I could not be there to celebrate with him I decided to send him a special KETO cake from Zibatreats.  I did allot of searching as I live in Hawaii and came across Zibatreats online.  I fell in love with their cakes and loved it even more when I learned they also make KETO cakes.  From my initial inquiry to the delivery of the cake to an alternative address at the last minute was a seamless and wonderful experience!  Communication between everyone was exceptional and I would recommend Zibatreats to all of my family and friends.  Thank you to everyone and Zibatreats for an amazing experience all around! We ordered a Dreamy Cake with Tiramisu Whipped Cream + banana+walnut flavor. This gorgeous cake was the highlight of the surprise proposal event for my bestie! Everyone loves it not only because of its beauty but also the taste and flavor itself! It is not sweet like other cakes and organic ingredients make us feel a lot healthier! I ordered a cake from Zibatreats for my husband's 40th birthday and I can only recommend them: First, the cakes are beautiful and you are guaranteed to impress your guests with something refined and delicate. I contacted zibatreats to order my boyfriends birthday cake and Ended up ordering the most delicious ocean cake. Everyone at the gathering asked where I got the cake from. From the moment I contacted them, I knew I was in good hands. From the easy ordering process, to communication and delivery. Their online ordering system is very clear and easy. And they confirmed our delivery the day before. The cake was pretty moist, light and not too sweet. It was also beautifully decorated to resemble ocean waves along with Lake Tahoe map on the top. They also have a note section at check out, and they offer a complimentary birthday writing on the cake board along with a standing gold candle. So they added those to the cake with no additional fee. We ordered a walnut cake for a very special surprise birthday party. The "modern, organic, not too sweet" promise is what drew us to the order and the online ordering process was easy with a flawless delivery. Our cake was to be decorated in two colors and instead it turned up in one color (not a color we'd asked for) plus the message on the cake was wrong. But we overlooked these mistakes given that the cake was nicely decorated. Unfortunately that was the extent of what was 'positive' about our experience with Zibatreats.The cake was SO DRY that we couldn't eat it -- it literally crumbled under our forks like dust. And for the frosting? It was a rubbery caulk-like texture that we *cut* with our forks. No one finished their piece of cake and afterwards it all went into the bin. Lots of $$$ thrown away and we hate waste but it was inedible.We looked carefully at the cake before we binned it and we think that the seam at the top was not sealed by the frosting properly (gaps all around it) so that could explain what happened. Or, perhaps it was just stale, but either way it was a complete and utter disaster. We were truly disappointed (and somewhat shocked) at what a failure this cake was. Stunning cakes! It took every ounce of self control to not just dive into this cake when it was delivered. I ordered the ocean waves  tiramisu  banana walnut. It was truly special. The cake was moist and delicious everyone who tried it loved it. It was my first time trying fondont and it tasted great! The cake would be perfect for 8+ people. Ordered the subscription bake at home kit and this month was a Cardamom Olive Oil cake. The instructions were super easy to follow and the kit came with all of the dry ingredients as well as some dried rose petals and powdered sugar for decor. I will say the price point was a little high for the quantity produced so I'm not sure I'd make this every month, but the flavors were really fresh and cake turned out amazing (even after two days it was still soft) so would definitely order again! We were so excited when we received the cake! The owner was very responsive when I was trying to make the order and very helpful. They provided me with all the details and links and answered all my questions which I'm very grateful for. Their website is very easy to use. My son really wanted Winnie the Pooh theme and they were very happy make it happen for him even though it was on a short notice! The cake I ordered was the Tiffany Blue Dreamy Cake chocolate and strawberry.  Not only was it beautiful, but also delicious.  I have been looking for a cake that wouldn't taste sickly sweet like so many of the grocery store bought cakes I have had.  This one from Zibatreats was perfect and it was the level of sweetness that I was looking for.  The cake was soft and airy, the whipped cream frosting was perfectly sweetened.  I think the only very minor thing I would have hope for in this cake would have been, getting the flavor of the strawberry to stand out more.  I didn't really taste the strawberry too much in the filling.  Other than that everyone loved and enjoyed the cake.  I'm excited for the next occasion that I can try some of the other flavors.Finally I will mention their customer service. I can easily say this is the best cake I've ever had in the US. If you're looking for a delicious and light cake that's not overly sweet, I'd highly recommend zibatreats. Their cakes taste more like European cakes. Moist, light and not overly sweet. It's easy to find beautiful cakes but we've always had a hard time finding cakes that are both beautiful and delicious. My cake was light and sweet, and had the perfect consistency. I believe it had some cardamom, which gave it such a unique & tasty flavor. I was looking for a unique, beautiful, and personalized cake and found Zibatreats on Instagram. Their website made it really easy to place an order and I called to confirm the delivery details.
