My experience at Zendulgence was great! They were extremely friendly as well as accommodating to me and my husband for our facial and massage request. This is an extremely economical choice if you are looking for just a massage. I will say this is not the place if you're looking for that "spa" experience. There isn't a relaxation room and the bathroom is located outside of the spa so it's not a place I would go if I wanted the full experience or to have a spa day with my girlfriends. This is a great place if you're looking for a quality massage and don't want to pay a fortune. The facial was great but again, very economical so it's not a type of facial I would seek, I'd rather pay a bit more money to get more. To sum up my review - Pros: Great owner, great prices, get what you pay for, great massage. Cons: location and environment, doesn't have that "spa" feeling, bathroom outside in a public location. My husband had Joseph for his massage. He said he was great. Really worked his tight areas. Even took time to discuss those areas after massage. Tiffany did my massage. She was great. Took great care knowing I have rods in my back and neck. Gave pressure at perfect spots, gentle in others.Danielle did my facial. She took the time to inform me of my skin good and bad. Lissa is a wonderful massage therapist, a terrific listener, and a professional in her field. The Salon and Spa was clean and intimate with lavender water and a smile to greet you. The room was comfortable and tidy with relaxing music playing. I recommend this spa and Lissa for a massage session. I chose to add aromatherapy essential oils to my 50 minute massage. My wife and I had an in-room couples massage at the French Quarter Inn earlier this month, and Zendulgence did a fantastic job! They fit us into their schedule with only 24 hours notice, arrived on time, and set up an extremely calming atmosphere in our room. Holy moly I am cured. I just saw Katie for a birthday massage that my husband surprised me with. Both my right and left arms have had almost no range of motion for months now. I've been to the hospital for tension headaches turned to migraines, I've had constant back, shoulder and neck pain for months and Katie worked it all out in 60 minutes. I am the newest fan of Zendulgence Salon in Charleston, South Carolina. I am a traveling nurse who was very much in need of an intensive massage session. I recently had a bad experience with another therapist who I found on-line, and as a person not familiar with the resources of the area, I was at a disadvantage.When I called Zendulgence, I was scheduled for an appointment that very day, within hours of my initial call!The therapist who responded to my appointment was Patricia Markley, LMT. I have received many massages in my life, and Patricia was by far one of the best. This was one of the most intensive and stress relieving massages ever!
