Thank you, the service with Zen Maids was wonderful!  The ladies that came to clean did a great job! They made sure to ask me what I really wanted done and paid good attention to cleaning areas I have not been able to get to. Zen Maids cleaned our home yesterday for the first time. It was very easy to discuss and schedule the services with Kassie, who clearly knows the skills and time needed to clean a house properly.  While I had hoped they'd do a good job, Claudia and Maria did a GREAT job - very thorough, more than I had expected and all within the time estimated. Nothing changes, always above superior cleaning, every corner down to the light switches.  Zen Maids is the only service that  I will consider when it comes to cleaning my home. Kassie and Morgan and the maids at Zen Maids are all AWESOME!!This review is long over due for how great they are! We have been using them since the spring to clean our vacation rental in La Quinta and have had zero complaints from our guests since switching from another company in the area. They have so many little touches like folding the toilet paper and tissue boxes extra cute, using all non-toxic cleaning supplies and stickers on the paper towels so you know its a fresh roll. We have several vacation properties in California and Arizona and deal with a lot of different cleaning companies and none even come close to Zen maids. First, Let me just start with Zen Maids is an exemplary cleaning service. The owner Kassie, her executive assistant Morgan and her cleaning team care about what they do and they do it well. I worked in corporate retail for 15+ years, studied and taught Fortune 500 leaders about customer service and what I have seen corporations stumble over this company has it down pat.  They have the skill, talent and passion to exceed your expectations and needs. If you can't bear to read the rest of this long review the short of it is I am thoroughly satisfied with Zen Maids and they will be my go to for cleaning services specialized and regularly as long as I own property in the area. 5 STARS!!!!!Now, if you are like me and enjoy a good story see below...Storytime: I don't even know how to begin to review Zen Maids without wanting to cry. I will not bore you with all of the details of why I needed Zen Maids in the first place but it was traumatic. I live on the east coast and one of my properties is on the west coast and it is hard to manage taking care of everything all the time, let alone when an unexpected catastrophe happens. Due to a recent flood, I have to get some construction work done in my place. I had to wait until I could scrape up the money to do it, which took a few months. My contractor went in and contacted me to let me know that my power seemed to be out and my refrigerator was a mess. Mold, spoiled food, water accumulation, just horrible. He sent me pictures and I swear my chest started hurting because I so was overwhelmed. I had the money for the repairs to be done, but now on top of that to have to figure out how to pay for a flight to California, clean out what I could and then arrange for the fridge to be removed by the city, it was just too much and I was out of Ativan (and I'm not even joking).I said I wouldn't bore you with all of the details and this is the abridged version believe me.  Alright now, this is the IMPORTANT part. I tried frantically to contact different cleaning agencies to possibly send someone one, anyone over to the place to do a specialized cleaning for the refrigerator. It would be cheaper for me if it worked out, so I gave it a try.  I must have contacted 6 different places and 6 different times I was told "We don't do that kind of work"....And then the 7th (oh lucky number 7) was Zen Maids. Kassie, the owner contacted me directly, they were booked solid for weeks but she didn't say no. I lit a candle for "Zen-ness", I woo-sah'd and replied to her message that I would take any date and time that she could do.  She must have felt the warmth from the little candle so many miles away, read the stress of my note and said they would make it happen.  And they did, not in weeks, in days. I don't know how she worked it out but she, her executive assistant Morgan and her cleaning crew MADE IT HAPPEN! The pictures will tell a greater story than I (I will try to upload before and after) but I just wanted to say that when all hope, in my mind was lost and I thought I had no other options, I was reassured by Zen Maids and then they over-delivered. I pray that you are never in a situation where you are in as dire a situation as I was or worse. But if you are, please remember that I join the other 5 Star reviewers here on Yelp and we told you where to go. I will continue my relationship with Zen Maids as long as I am in the area. I encourage you to use their services for whatever your cleaning needs are. This was my first experience with Zen Maids, and boy am I glad. The two very nice young women, Mayra and Dulce, did a wonderful job. I did not request anything special and they cleaned areas I never thought to clean. I am going to be a biweekly customer from now on. I used Zen Maids regularly for my vacation rental for almost a year, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the cleans and their flexibility working around the busy schedule of a vacation rental. We had our home deep cleaned this past Saturday. Our house was a disaster as the last owner was a complete pig! Even though they were fully booked for my requested day (I called 1 day before) Kassie made it happen and got a two maiden crew out to my house at 9am. They did an amazing job without having to be told what to do. Cleaned all the fan blades and a/c vents too. The house was left smelling clean and I am beyond happy and so is the wife. My initial walk through with Maricela was great, the attention to detail that she brings is second to none. When my last tenant vacated my place, it looked so worked over that when I saw it, I cried. I had already booked Zen Maids and when they showed up, they didn't even blink. We worked with Zen Maids for the first time for our vacation rental, and we are very pleased. I called them after the other cleaning service we have been using (rhymes with GoPro) completely dropped the ball on us. Our experience with Zen Maids is the complete opposite of what we have experienced with others. Zen Maids know what they are doing. First, I called them and left a voice message for a quote. Morgan called me the next day, and was very informative on the phone. She explained everything clearly and concisely. But just to be sure, she booked a complimentary consultation with Kassie (Tuesdays and Thursdays only). Kassie was very prompt and very professional. She knew what she was doing. She understood our needs and noticed details the other company completely neglected. I then scheduled a cleaning with Morgan who is one of the most organized people I've interacted with. After several interviews, with different cleaning services, I decided to make an appointment with Zen Maids, I met the owner and she made me feel high priority and ensured me that the results I wanted would be met. Zen maids delivered and delivered big!!!  This company from my first experience is TOP SHELF!! They were on time,  extremely detailed, professional and friendly.  The cleaning products they use are not strong and didn't damage any of my marble counters, or brushed marble floors. I had a post construction cleaning and let's just say the dust in the vents and on the  walls was very thick. The Zen Maid staff did an AMAZING job cleaning every wall, All  windows, corners, baseboards, garage cabinets in and out hardware kitchen appliances, kitchen cabinets in and out bathroom all fixtures, closets, celling hanging fixtures and the list goes on. Ive been very pleased using Zen Maid both the quality of their work and the professionalism of the office staff. I would highly recommend them. I have been using Zen Maids since March 2015 on our weekend/vacation. We average 1-3 cleanings a month. The office staff is very responsive to scheduling cleanings. The actual cleaning crew have always shown up on time and done a nice job cleaning up our house. They have learned the little nuances of how our place needs to be arranged. They also alert me if we are running low on supplies. The office staff is well organized and uses electronic/on line billing for payment. Just a few clicks and the bill is paid!Their owner Kassie even helped us out once in a pinch and loaned us a duvet/pillow cases until a replacement came in the mail. If you looking for a professional, well run cleaning service, you should definitely consider Zen Maids. UPDATE: Their new billing system accepts Apple Pay. We purchased a condo in Cat City 3 years ago and have used Zen many times....they are always very accommodating and efficient,    We rent our condo out 2-3 mo each year, so we want it to be perfect before our renters arrive and perfect for us when we (or friends) come to use it as well.  If you give them specific areas to focus on they do a good job and if you instruct them to do a specific job there is never an issue...done!   The cost is reasonable and we would highly recommend them without hesitation.   The communication is excellent, if you email them a request or date to clean...a response is received quickly!  THANK YOU ZEN MAIDS!!! I have been in the property rental and management business for over 20 years. I've said it before and I will say it again, if you don't have a cleaning crew you can depend on you're screwed. How's that for being  blunt. I have been working with Zen cleaning for over 2 years now. Zen Maids does an amazing job every time they clean our home in Cathedral City. The house is a vacation rental and everyone who stays there always writes a review about how clean and nice it is. We found Zen Maids through Yelp and were very, very pleased with the quality of their service over the last couple years.  Kassie met with us initially and we were very impressed with her when we did a complete walk through of the house .  We set up a schedule and they were great about a reminder several days before.  The cleaning ladies were really sweet and nice, they arrived on time, did whatever special projects were requested and, most importantly, they did a very thorough and consistently excellent cleaning job.  When we moved from Palm Springs they did an excellent cleaning job to get the house ready for sale.  We just wish that they were in Northern California so we could keep their service.  You will not go wrong using Zen Maids for your cleaning needs. After a really bad experience, I combed the review sites looking for a new housecleaning service. I took a chance and called Zen Maids because they had so many glowing reviews--and I'm so happy I did. Our home is brand new and big, and we were very nervous after our previous nightmare experience. But Chi and Carol and Kim were simply awesome. They arrived on time and did a walk-through first to explain what they would do in each room and also to find out exactly what we wanted to have done.
