I own an IT support business, and Mr. Love was hired to do my taxes for business and personal for the past few years. He was on time and cared about doing his job and delivering everything on time.
My experience in the past year was not so great. He was hired to do one job and didn't deliver on time and made a million excuses and, in the end, refunded me for that specific service. When it came to doing my business and personal tax for 2020, he took my payment and failed to deliver his work. He gave me time frames and specific dates and was unable to deliver. He accused me of being "passive-aggressive" because I kept asking when my taxes would be ready and why you were giving me a million excuses for not getting it done. My taxes are four months late now, and I am not sure if he filed an extension because he didn't do anything else I was told is being worked on by him. I am not surprised to read about recent experiences from other people. He treats me the same way, and he has a long business relationship with me. I am not sure how much his incompetence will cost me financially besides causing me a ton of stress. If you want to focus on being a lawyer, you shouldn't be taking money and offering accounting services and failing to deliver. Oh, and Zach, don't come and tell me I was not your client "lol".

Taxes can be complicated and challenging when deciding what income and deductions to include in your return. We take the headache out of that for you during tax season and year-round! We prepare and file your individual and business taxes. We help clients who have not filed in years by obtaining our clients wage and income transcripts directly from the IRS and by requesting a tax compliance check. Next, we gather any receipts and statements of income from bank statements, pay vouchers, pay stubs etc., to calculate any and all earned income to ensure and accurate tax return. After we obtain those documents we prepare and file the tax returns for our clients. We area an IRS-E file approved firm, which is
convenient and quicker to process your return including refund turn-around time.

If you have been contacted by the Department of Revenue or Internal Revenue Service for a tax audit we can represent you. Our tax teams consists of Circular 230 representatives such as licensed tax preparers, registered paralegals, and enrolled agents. Our tax team is aggressive and competent and has won many successful tax appeal cases, protests and audits.
Tax Settlements /Offer in Compromise
Do you have outstanding tax debt with either state or federal for you or your business? If so, you may be eligible to settle your tax debt on the dollar for a small portion of what you actually owe. We have successfully negotiated tax settlements with state and federal for clients who cannot pay their tax debt. If you are not eligible for this program we can set up a low monthly payment plan for your tax debt also known as a “installment agreement.”

Depending on what you need, we may be able to assist you in a non-attorney capacity when preparing required court forms. For attorneys and government agencies we provide law clerking and the listed paralegal services below.
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
Our staff has Registered Paralegals who are trained and experienced in preparing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petitions for our clients. However, we cannot provide legal advice or representation in your Bankruptcy, but rather prepare the petition only at the direction of the client. The price a preparer can charge is regulated under Federal Law.
Divorce/Family
Our paralegals are experienced in legal research and preparing the required documents from the initial filing of your petitions for parentage or divorce. We have worked on adoption cases, divorce, parentage, orders of protections, child support, and many more for attorneys throughout the Midwest.
Criminal Record Expungement and Sealing
With over 6 years experience working on post-conviction relief, from Executive Clemency Petitions for Pardon, Sealing and Expungements, we handle it all. We take the leg work out by requesting criminal record history for the client and then preparing the required documents for filing. Please be aware that not everyone may be eligible for post-conviction relief.
Civil Litigation
Our paralegals have assisted many different attorneys from the solo practitioner to the larger firms in preparing their clients for civil litigation. We are able to assist you by preparing the initial Complaint to pretrial motions for discovery and all the way through trial and post judgment motions, including appeals. We have worked with many civil litigation attorneys, PI attorneys, including slip and fall cases, malpractice, evictions, breach of contract, petitions for discovery and more.
Credit Repair
If you have bad credit, no credit, or are seeking credit advice on how to build your credit we can help you. Our team employs Board Certified Credit Consultants. The credit repair process consists of obtaining our clients consent to pull all 3 credit reports from all 3 major Bureau’s, Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. The Bureau’s will then mail a copy of your report directly to you as well as our office. We review the reports and challenge all adverse history that is not in compliance with the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act). Within 30 days the Bureau’s must respond to our request for investigation and either remove or update all adverse history. Typically, the process takes up to 9 months to obtain the best results. However, we guarantee that you will receive positive results, or you get your money back! (Our firm is registered under the Credit Services Organization Act with the Secretary of State).
