What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear a properly fitted mask when physical distancing is not possible and in poorly ventilated settings. Clean your hands frequently with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water. Cover your mouth and nose with a bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze.

At the start of our face-to-face meeting, there will be no fees involved. Before we meet, our group will generate a preliminary site plan and a feasibility study that displays the probable dimensions and placement of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on your land, as well as an estimated cost for obtaining permits. This information will be extremely useful in helping you determine if constructing a secondary dwelling on your property is a suitable option for you
Permit Processing

The time spent on submission and subsequent evaluations will not incur any costs, including architectural design, structural engineering, Title 24 compliance, building code review with the city, permit processing and any necessary adjustments.
Construction Drawings
ZEAC Corporation offers pre-designed plans that can save you both time and money. Once you choose your preferred plan, our team will position the selected Accessory Dwelling Unit model on your land and develop the final set of construction documents, which include architectural and structural plans and the mandatory Title 24 energy efficiency report.
