Had some transportation to two venues. The sprinter didnt have working lights or speakers in the back and several of the seats had such bad upholstery that it was uncomfortable to sit on. At least our drive Chris was very nice and professional. When I tried to contact the service about the issues we experienced we were ghosted. We hired Zbest for guest transport to and from our venue/hotel. We contracted the shuttle from start until the end of our wedding. We were to be charged on 11/1/21 and for some reason were not. It wasn’t until after the wedding we were charged and we were charged over $100 extra. This is because the individual I was working with used the drop off time as the end time for the shuttle. The shuttle waited for our guests, however, no one was made aware that the end time was 10pm. It was communicated numerous times our wedding did not END until 10pm. Instead of the company communicating the error we were just charged. I had to go back and find out what went wrong and when asking for a refund due to company error I was told no. A company who makes an error should correct THEIR error. I would not recommend nor utilize Zbest again. More...

We were referred to Zbest by our contact at our hotel (the Hyatt in Owings Mills) about six months out from our wedding. Roberto was very communicative and helpful in getting us set up with vehicle and timing options that would work for our situation. Closer to the wedding, when we had all our RSVPs in, we realized we would need more transportation capacity, as more people than expected indicated they would be using it. Since it was within a month of the wedding, we were a bit stressed about getting everything nailed down, and would have liked somewhat more prompt responses, as we had to follow up a few times and have our planner reach out by phone. Fortunately, there was a single vehicle left for the night, so we worked through confirming timing details for the day of. My husband and I didn't take the shuttle to the wedding, but did wait for the second round of trips after the wedding to return to the hotel. At that point, it was about a dozen of us who needed to be returned to the hotel, and we did end up waiting at the venue for 20 minutes or so later than expected (though it's possible this was due to the first group of guests taking a while to unload).
