Since this location opened, my family and I have ordered from this Zaxbys location at least 90-100 times or more. I usually utilize the drive through and 99% of the time the order is correct. Once, maybe twice, I may not have received a particular sauce I've ordered as an extra. Again, this is a very low % overall. I will say the same as another reviewer:. I have, on occasion, received "old" toast. Pieces that were COMPLETELY hard and could make a "knocking" sound on any surface. That's a little annoying because the toast is so hard that we know whoever put the toast in the box KNEW it wasn't longer ready to serve. It's bad when one meal gets toast, but it's even worse when all 3 dinners turn out to have old hard slices of toast AND when you've ordered an entire basket of toast and all 6 halves/3 full slices have to be thrown out... And they do have to be discarded as they are not edible once they've dried out and have become completely hard. They are a bit stingy with the napkins! Ok Zaxbys, only went in to get a to go order because drive thru had long lime. Had to wait awhile for food. While interacting/watching cashier with others not rude but not friendly. A guy walked up who had just got his food to ask for sauce and she made him pay 25 cents then stand there and wait for it while she got someone else's food together. More...
