Took 26 minutes to get our order, despite no one else waiting for in the restaurant before we ordered. Salad was very rusty and unappetizing. Excellent customer service and good food. I enjoyed the friendly cashier and his knowledge right off the back. Also, the chicken was quality and prepared as I ordered. In addition, the nuclear sauce is perfect. If in the area again, I will definitely stop in.Please don't lose your good staff. We went here because we had a coupon to buy one "Kickin' Chicken Sandwhich" get one free. We had never been here before bit we had decent expectations. The chicken on the sandwich was great, but other than that, It was pretty disappointing. The bread was good, but then it was just mayo and hot sauce. It seemed kinda like the kind of thing you'd make at home when you had nothing but chicken, bread, and hot sauce at your house. I was so happy to see this Zaxby's. I had not had Zaxby's since I left Georgia. I ate there 3 times in one week. Of course I had to enjoy the tongue torch wings and things. They were just as good as I remember. Then I had the grilled chicken Zalad and finally I ordered both to take back to Colorado where there is no Zaxby's. Please find your way to Denver. I'm already a big fan of Zaxby's but the crew and I stopped here headed back to SLC and this location definitely holds up to expectations. Not only was my order ready too fast, all of it was hot and the chicken here... always unbelievably juicy. Definitely a good stop. I gave an additional star for the good deal on Tuesdays. 2 kids eat at .99 per adult meal. The customer service is on point! The Cobb salad is really tasty and fresh although the egg tastes weird. It was good enough i almost gave 3 stars just for the salad, customer service and deal on kids meals but the egg and reasons below explain my 2 star rating. 1.Neither of the bathroom stalls would lock closed.2. Chicken strips for the kids all over cooked. 3. Grilled cheese "tastes weird" according to my daughter who loves cheese. 4. We opted to stay for dinner, but they put my kids meals in to-go bags. Just another major contribution to pollution. We're dining in and you know those bags are going to the trash, why!?4. Fries came cold, but still tasted pretty good. I bet they're amazing when fresh. 5. Tables all have a residue. I will try this place one more time on a Tuesday to see if my experience is different. For now, three stars. More...
