ReDesign Consultation
This service is great for clients who need a quick design advice. We will start with a quick FREE 10 minute Get To Know You call prior to scheduling the actual consultation at your home. The consultation takes about 2 hours & is tailored to aid the client to overcome a design challenge by providing resources & ideas for their project. At the end of the consultation, the client has the option to either utilize the great resources and ideas shared to "DIY" or book our Full Home Redesign service.
Full Home ReDesign
This is our most popular service and we love it :) This service begins with a Redesign Consultation (separate charge) which allows us to get to the nitty gritty details of the project. Using the details from the consultation, we then plan, manage & execute your design project from scratch to finish. Our team of experts ensure that your home will be transformed to your desired style with a spirit of excellence!
(Full Home Redesign prices vary and are subject to the size of the home.)
Home Staging Consultation
(Depending on sq. ft - Up to 2000 = $200/250, 2-3000=$250/300, 3000+ = $300/350)
Research is done ahead of time to identify buyer demographic.
Detailed Walk Through of the home and a 10+page detailed report given to seller of action items to complete.
Open House Checklist, Preferred Vendor List and Organizational Strategies Provided.
(A consultation takes about 2-3 hours depending on the size of the home.)
