Corinna provided a wonderful blend of empathetic listening and pointed questions during our coaching sessions. She gave me space to arrive at my own conclusions, but also stepped in to provide guidance/direction if needed. I cannot say enough about the positive impact Corinna had on me, during one of my most challenging periods professionally. She coached me through immense change on my team and in a role a loved, volatile power dynamics, leading my own team through change, and many other challenges. She helped me set both realistic and aspirational goals, and achieve them all, in our 6 months working together.

Most importantly, she helped restore my confidence so that I could courageously and successfully take the next leap in my career.

I have had the pleasure of receiving leadership coaching from Corinna for a year and a half through the Torch program. She has helped me across numerous aspects of my career. From navigating difficult conversations, to setting clear career goals and helping me develop essential leadership skills - she went above and beyond in ensuring that I was supported throughout various challenges and situations that I faced.
