What inspired you to start your own business?
I have seen the impact great leadership and poor leadership can have and want to create redemptive leadership that combines excellence and emotional intelligence. The leaders I want to work with are seeking a higher purpose than merely advancing their own careers - they seek to build up others and create dynamics that enable growth for years to come, for everyone involved. My goal is to hold your goals as close to my heart as my own and to walk with you every step of the way to break through barriers and achieve these goals together.
