I went to Zandi K before and loved my experience and then it was followed by two very disappointing visits. Fast forward 5 years to today, they made a customer forever. Yesterday I called to ask if they can see me, the afternoon front desk girl said she saw that I have been there before and I was not happy with my visit and she said she will do everything they can to provide wonderful experience this time. Today I saw Vianey, she did a color correction and my hair looks wonderful. Way better than anyone has done it before. One thing I love about Zandi is that they have stayed in business for a very long time and I know that sometimes we all may have not so beautiful experience but they went above and beyond to change that.
