Amazing service! We had booked a limo in Austin for the prom but found out last minute that the limo was in the shop and unavailable. After calling every limo company in Austin and finding out that everything was booked, I called Zachary. He was incredibly helpful and although his limo was booked for the night, he connected me to another limo service in Fredericksburg and they graciously agreed to drive up to Austin and take the kids to prom. The night was a success because of his help. He went above and beyond and in a time where customer service is at an all time low, it was unbelievably appreciated. HIGHLY recommend a million and 10 times! Zachary’s Pick’em Up Ridez was personable and friendly and I would never want to go back to an Uber service. We scheduled a pick up for my bachelorette weekend and to take us back to our Airbnb after a full night of karaoke! There was a tablet for music selection and a tablet behind the headrest with a game of trivia to keep the girls busy too. When I say, this felt like modern day royal treatment, I truly mean it! As the bride, he even suggested I poke my head out of the sun roof to let my veil comb blow in the wind! This was a perfect example of “it’s the little things that matter.” Zachary’s Pick’em Up Ridez was the perfect cherry on top that I didn’t know we needed! We booked a ride thinking it was just a taxi service and Zachary himself took us out to a local bistro that was just outside of walking distance from our hotel and it was timely and right on time and very reasonable. The next day we ended up with Ian who took us multiple places from wine tastings to dinner. Top notch service and very clean and nice rides. Highly recommend them when you are in Fredericksburg. If it was possible, I’d give Zachary’s Pick’em Up Ridez 12/10 stars! Zachary comes prepared for your group in a roomy/comfortable vehicle at a very reasonable rate. (We had 7 fit very comfortably.) Not only that, but he provided us with cold waters, charging stations, and friendly conversation. He went above and beyond for us and has great recommendations for places to go around Fredericksburg.
