This was the second time we've gotten take out from here. The first time friends brought home chicken shawarma for me. It was okay. I hadn't had shawarma before. It seemed kind of dry. Plenty of rice, protein, and hummus though. Tonight I ordered the chicken kabob and it was delicious. Well-marinated chicken chunks on a bed of yellow rice with a side salad and a ton of hummus. And pita too. It was great. We sat and waited while they prepared our food, but it took a while. I was getting grouchy as I hadn't eaten for several hours, but it could just be my attitude. It also took a long time to find. We knew what corner it was on, but didn't realize it was connected with Starbucks. When we finally found it, I was ready to eat a horse. We got the food home and the warmth from the meat and rice heated the salad and the hummus. The warm hummus was great. I liked it. Good food; I went with my dad today and ordered 2 falafel platters. The cashier told us that the platters included salad so we asked for two but it turns out that the salad was actually not included.
