Yummies by Yoka did our wedding cake and cupcakes. Amanda was so sweet and brought them to our reception and set it all up for us. The cake and cupcakes were so beautiful. My latest order was cupcakes for my son’s bday and cookies for his teacher’s. They share a bday but don’t share the same taste in treats! She not only made delicious cookies and cupcakes that were also beautiful but she baked the cookies in both crispier bake and soft bake styles without me asking so that everyone would have something that appealed to them. Amanda's cupcakes are DELICIOUS! They are super moist and the flavors are wonderful! I bought some at the vendor fair on Saturday and the only mistake I made was in buying them and carrying them through the crowd! Customers and vendors, alike, commented that they had already had them or that they looked so good, I felt guilty for not sharing!! (They were as good as they looked!) Amanda made the cupcakes for our Girl Scout Volunteer Appreciation Event. Our volunteers work hard so we really like to make them feel special at this event. The cupcakes were delicious and every volunteer that I spoke with raved about them. Many over volunteers ended up eating 3 or more cupcakes because they wanted to try all of them. We ordered the standard chocolate and white with buttercream but also ordered Pina Colada, Pineapple Upside Down, Margarita and Lemon with Raspberry Filling. The Pina Colada and Lemon/Raspberry were an absolute favorite! Amanda was very easy to work with, kept our color scheme a priority and delivered them on time.
