I am so happy with my home! She was so easy to communicate with and just really down to earth. Other cleaning places I’ve contacted in Madisonville have been rude. My house looks and smells AMAZING. She cleaned while my dogs were at home, did two loads of laundry, and did my dishes! With a 6 month old, this was a life saver for my mental health. I’m not from the area, but my daughter and her husband live in Poole. So I asked around to see if there was a good cleaning service and both people that I asked recommended You’ve Got Maids! I wanted to surprise them with a clean house while they were in the hospital having their first baby. The owner was so sweet to accommodate my wishes and worked it into her schedule to clean for them during the hospital stay. Nichole Shipp has been cleaning my home getting things clean and organized. She is very professional and flexible in a moments notice. I love the products she uses cleaning so when I told her bleach was a trigger for my migraines she kindly told me the products she uses. She snaps me a picture to show me progress while I work just in case someone messes things up before I get home. The nice clean smell and tidiness makes it feel so good when you come home. She is a trustworthy and reliable person. Nikki has also helped clean and take pictures of a rental property we just finished. She may have some pictures to post.
