What do you love most about your job?
I became a Life Coach because I love to help people. Helping to heal people in their mind, body, and soul is what makes my business unique.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to struggle emotionally. I was triggered by trauma in my past. My life has changed so much to coaching. I want to share this with others!
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe my coaching is different, more complete. I address the issue but also aspects that aren't addressed in traditional coaching.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes! In fact, even my local clients, except a select few, like the option to meet remotely. This helps them to not have to drive to another appointment and save time and gas! I use a secure connection. It's just like being on person!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If we are meeting in person, we review any possibilities of contact with Covid exposure. We can wear masks, and when the weather is nice, we can even meet outside. But best of all, we can meet remotely!

Trauma Coaching
If you have experienced trauma, we can work to help YOU relieve your mind and soul of this. You don't have to re-live the trauma in our sessions! This is not like other talk therapies!

Are you having trouble getting a handle on your life? Do you need someone to help you make a plan and stick to it? We CAN DO IT!
Relationship Coaching
Are you having problems relating to others or that special someone? Relationships can be hard and messy. Let's work together to figure it out!
Internet coaching
If you don't live within driving distance of Madison, WI, that's not a problem! I can coach you over a secure internet link. I use Google meets. It's just like being in person.
