We needed to update our family trust and will and contacted Amanda at Your Property Law firm. We were pleasantly surprised how easy and thorough the process was. When we had our initial family trust prepared seven years ago the process was rather confusing. We were younger then and didn't really understand the process. The documents were prepared and we signed them. This time it was much more thorough and Amanda explained everything in detail. We are so much more comfortable in our trust that our intentions will be carried out the way we want them to be. She is not your typical stodgy older attorney. She really presented herself as knowledgeable and was very cordial. Her fee was very reasonable as well. We enthusiastically recommend her for estate planning. More...
