We work with clients that have health issues as well as athletes. Ages 18- 85. It is not all about size. Good health is about physical fitness and mental health as well as our emotional being. It is about being confident, feeling good, feeling attractive and feeling complete.

Stretching classes
Personal Training
Sessions are one hour. We do the cardio on treadmill, elliptical, exercise bikes and stepper. I also teach step aerobic classes, kick box classes, and floor aerobics.
After the cardio we do strength training upper body and core, then we stretch.
Stretch Classes
These classes are 1/2 hour. This is all about warm up, then stretching so you can feel better, be more flexible.
If you have stiff muscles, and cannot bend over, reach for items, have trouble getting up from a chair and or walking the stretches will help tremendously.
Pilates Classes
This is for strength training for the entire body and lots of stretching at the same time.
